The phenomenon of inducible neuropathic pain and autonomic neuropathy with diabetic treatment has been described since 1933, recently termed “treatment-induced diabetes” (TIND) by Caravati (1) Gibbons (2). hallmark this condition is the development or worsening painful after a rapid improvement glycemic control, typically initiating changing (2,3).
